Sushi lovers can watch their orders be delicately made at the interior’s centerpiece sushi bar that sits below wooden Japanese carpentry designed by the award-winning Brazilian architect Arthur Casas. To pair the perfect drink, Kosushi serves an exclusive cocktail selection created by the talented Brazilian mixologist Márcio Silva, featuring drinks like “Shokobutsuen” (Gin, fresh lemon juice, basil, cucumber, mint and organic sugar syrup), as well as a curated list of wines and sakes showcasing flavor profiles for every palate.
