At Pop, there’s something for everyone. Their focus is on fun, not pretension when it comes to the playlist and their menu. Designed for fizz fanatics and new kids on the block alike, the ever-expanding list spans more than 100 bottles of champagne, pet-nats, sparkling rosés, and more.
They love to riff on the classics like champagne & caviar bumps on house-made “Doritos,” burgers & fries, and tater tots. As a nod to their midwestern roots, you’ll also find Detroit-style pizza and spiked sodas (or as they affectionately call it in the midwest “pop”). Anything crispy, fatty, buttery, or otherwise indulgent goes.
