A San Francisco staple since 1958, Yank Sing is the city’s premier spot for dim sum and one of the last few restaurants to still offer cart service on a daily basis. A few menu highlights include the restaurant’s signature Peking Duck with crispy lacquered skin and fluffy buns as well as a variety of hand-wrapped dumplings that range from fragrant Shanghai Kurobuta Pork Soup Dumplings to paper-thin Har Gow filled with chunks of plump shrimp.
