BAIA is a collaboration between celebrity chef Matthew Kenney and Kyle and Tracy Vogt. While they were looking forward to opening their doors in April, the world had other plans. In keeping with the innovative spirit of Matthew Kenney Cuisine, they have re-imagined and re-engineered the space in a way that works perfectly in the current climate, by introducing A TASTE OF BAIA. The new concept offers carry-out and delivery service only in the trendy and distinctive Hayes Valley neighborhood of San Francisco, the home of what will become BAIA Restaurant, when it is safe to do so.

A TASTE OF BAIA is a plant-based Italian-inspired concept offering a selection of dishes that will eventually make their way onto the final BAIA Restaurant menu, and can satisfy your craving for elevated plant food. Menu items will rotate on a weekly basis, allowing you to explore its entirety, and to become familiar with the variety you can expect when the doors are fully open for dine-in service. Additionally, the takeout menu comprises a sustainable Italian wine and beer program, to-go craft cocktails and unique takes on classic pizzas, seasonal vegetables, and comfort Italian dishes.
