Step inside the rooms of the last Queen of Romania
Built at the turn of the 20th century, Pelişor was the last Queen of Romania's summer home, together with her husband, Ferdinand I. Queen Marie was renowned for the control she exerted over her husband, and the palace's varied interior is proof of her ability to get what she wanted. Though it's part of Peleș Castle complex, Pelişor's Art Nouveau style has a distinctiveness to it. The Queen's taste remains strong throughout, as does her heart – which can be found waiting for you inside!
