Palace of Versailles: Guided Tour + Gardens & Trianon Estate

Discover Versailles Palace on an 90-minute guided tour with an expert guide

Meet your guide in Versailles at the foot of the Equestrian Statue of the Sun King, Louis the 14th. Access the palace through a separate entrance and follow your guide inside the Royal Apartments. Walk through the palace and learn its history, including the fact that it was home to three of France’s most illustrious Kings for over 100 years. Following your interior visit of the palace and after having said bye to your guide, you will have the opportunity to stay longer and get the full benefit of your passport ticket to spend some free time in the gardens, a 2,000-acre (809-hectare) park filled with fountains, statues, and classic formal garden landscaping. If you fancy more palatial exploration, you can hire a golf cart to explore the estate and gardens, or hop on the Little Train to head to the Trianons and visit The Queen's Hamlet! (These options are not included in the ticket price but can be purchased onsite for a small extra fee.)
