Melbourne Museum: Skip The Line Ticket to Titanic, The Artifact Exhibition

Though the story of the *Titanic*'s tragedy is one of the most well-known of the 20th century, this exhibit focuses on bridging the gap between fiction and reality by showcasing real people's personal stories, as well as artifacts recovered from the ship. From the 16th of December 2023 to the 14th of April 2024, visitors can step back into 1912 for a recreation of *Titanic*'s interiors, including the Grand Staircase, First Class Parlour Suite, and Verandah Cafe, combined with 200 real objects rescued from the deep. *Titanic, The Artifact Exhibition* focuses on themes of "tragedy, heroism, sacrifice, survival and loss," as well as sheds light on the class divisions that existed on the ‘ship of dreams’ and the technological progress behind the 'unsinkable ship.'
